It’s time for a new MachineCode album, under the title Mechtropolis! The duo’s members – Current Value and Dean Rodell – tried to embody the idea of the future world, where machines took over the planet. Throughout the 16 tracks, the musical minds experiment with different rhythms, switches and atmospheres, but there is one common thing – it’s those original mechanical and cosmic sounds MachineCode are loved for. MachineCode did this LP almost without collaborations; the artists featured on the album are Lockjaw and Coppa, whose voice, just like in previous collabs, added to the expression of the guys’ work. Mechtropolis LP will be out via Eatbrain.
