Rascal & Klone are the guys who used to put out neurofunk in the early 00’s via such respected labels as Moving Shadow and Frequency (Ram Records’ defunct sublabel). Their music used to maintain a proper dose of funk and groove thanks to the influence of electro and hip hop. A whole decade after, Rascal & Klone started the official pages in social networks and, most importantly, continued touring. The duo regularly updates their Soundcloud with both previously released and unreleased tracks, making each of them available for free download.
